The Viva88 business portal now has these applications available as surveys and replaces electronic submission of these applications.

These business portal applications allow a school district or BOCES to apply for Viva88 approval for ESY programs.

Staff that are authorized to submit and certify surveys on behalf of the school district or BOCES can find the applications on the SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (SEDMON) in the SED Business Portal under Special Education – ASEP, ESY Application to Operate School-Age July/August Programs.
